1. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at santosh.kevale@gmail.com or call us at 8850091635 within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- Post-Processing Cancellation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Policy
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, provide photographic evidence of the damage or error along with your order number. We will review your case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Perishable Items: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for perishable items unless they are damaged or incorrect.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3. Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer exchanges for any products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the steps outlined in the refund policy above.
